Vern Ewer’s Spokhandguns was well known in the 80s for big-bore snubbies, many were 44 Specials or 45 ACP conversions. Not this beast though, the model 520, originally in 357 Magnum, was fit with a 29-2 44 magnum cylinder, and he mounted a chopped 44 Mag barrel at 3.25”. This gun has a great action job also, custom front sight pinned in the barrel. Matte blue shows some wear, Pachmayr compact grips mounted to the Round Butt K Frame sized grip frame underneath.
