Paul Liebenberg’s storied career has spanned nearly 5 decades, from his time as a competitive shooter in South Africa in the late 70s, to working for the famed Pachmayr Gun Works, Setting up and running the S&W Performance Center. All this culminated in Pistol Dynamics, his shop produced some of the most interesting and innovative 1911 pattern designs that truly stand out. This is a Classic 5” Carry gun by Paul, built on his PDP Custom Frames and slides, filled with many of his innovative proprietary parts like the coffin bushing/ISS front sight system, to his signature beavertail grip safety and his custom combat rear sight. This example remains in fantastic shape, the blued finish shows very minor wear, and the gun remains tight and crisp. Pistol ships as shown with one mag.
