This is an interesting little J frame, for one, the condition is extremely high, from the original bright blued finish and the vibrant Color case on the hammer and trigger, #’s matching grips it is all there. This is also a less common Square Butt Snub configuration, and happens to be a ‘Floating J’ Serial, this numbering system only occurred a few years in the early 1970s, this example shipped in 1973. Really neat and tidy 53 Year old Smith!
