Steve Woods left pistolsmithing in the mid 90’s for a career as a doctor, his builds were supremely highly regarded, and for good reason. The Woods guns I have handled have all been very well appointed and clean work front to back. Sadly Steve passed away last year. This Colt OACP left Hartford in 1988, and was likely built by Steve in the late 80s to early 90s.
