What a supremely cool setup, really outstanding build from front to back, with tons of unique details and touches. This 40 Cal Browning was MFG in 1995 and likely built by Jim Garthwaite sometime in the decade after. The gun was built with 2 Slides, one blue one Hardchrome, one with an adjustable rear sight the other with fixed sights. Note they both have a flat top and serrate job and fit the barrel and frame well. This gun looks near new, very clean. The beavertail is a sculpted unit Jim was known for. Both slides meticulously checkered super fine on the backs. The Thumb safety is a custom affair made by Jim. Action and trigger are great on this Browning. And let’s take a moment and appreciate the perfect hand checkering front and rear on this Browning, you don’t see that very often! Pistol is mint condition and topped with stunning Craig Spegel Presentation stocks, comes as shown with one mag.
