What a neat N frame carry gun here! This gun started life as a mid 1970s Smith Model 58, these guns were marketed to Police Departments as ‘the solution’ between power and packability, and when loaded right they really are. With a 4” heavy barrel and fixed sights they draw and carry nicely. This one went to Magnaport for porting and chamber numbering then to Jack Huntington more recently for conversion to K frame round butt grip and a beautiful action job, finished in matte hardchrome. Should note, that like most all N frames converted to K Round grips, grips rarely drop in, but this one comes with 2 nicely fitting rubber sets, the Bantam Hogues fitted on the gun and a set of S&W grips that cover the backstrap if you like a bit more cushion. This gun was also fit with a smooth Combat trigger and target hammer, the action is really outstanding on it. Looks to have been fired very little since work was completed.
