This revolver visited Hamilton’s shop in 2008 for the RS05 Caliber Conversion Package, where Hamilton rechambered the 44 Magnum cylinder to 45 Colt, with proper spec and throats, also the 44 barrel was re-bored and re-rifled to 45 caliber. Also done was a litany of fine options to include:

-B300 - Shorten Factory barrel form 7.5-5.5”

-B310 - Custom Front sight

-B302 - Target length ejector rod and housing

-B250 - Sight regulation with Bowen rear sight

-RS01 - Standard Issue action tune, OS base pin etc

-B401 - Fit XR3-Red Steel grip frame

-B450, B451, Color case frame and gate and hammer

-B470 - Flute and Blackpowder chamfer cylinder

-B404 Deck grip frame for custom grips (Gun wears a lovely set of Eagle Sambar stag grips

This gun balances and points so beautifully, I really love the feel of the 5.5” Ruger with the long EJRH. Gun is unfired since returning from Hamilton’s shop. This revolver has the original Old model action, with no transfer bar, and that long cylinder waiting for your ammo and leather!
