Really outstanding example of one of Ted’s very hard to find Custom Revolvers. Ted estimates only ~100 Full house effort revolvers were done, very few were N frames. This Gun left S&W Factory in 1958. Customized by Ted ~60 years later, built by Ted for his late late friend Ray Harms. This revolver beautifully blends the classic lines of the S&W HD, but with the high class modern touches you expect from Ted. A gold line front sight atop the original sight base pedestal. The gun beautifully detailed, edges softened for comfort and carry, rear sight notch cleaned up and widened. The barrel perfectly crowned, action fully tuned with OT Stop and radiused and polished trigger face, trigger and hammer re-colored. Really a classic custom carry gun. The gun has seen light use since built but remains in great shape, very minor wear. This gun has also been reamed out to accept 357 magnum, a common practice on these old 38/44 HD’s. Comes as shown with Ted favorite Boyt case, build sheet, The Yost-fit Nill Coke Bottle walnut grips, and a stunning set of vintage flush-escutcheon Rosewood presentation Magna grips that I felt really beautifully tied the vintage style of this classic, these are very rare grips!
