Just a classic woods gun here, wish it could tell me about all the whitetail it has chased! This gun has been carried afield many of its 77 years, bluing shows the miles travelled. Stocks are in great shape with no major damage, that and the bore condition confirm this rifle was loved, well cared for. At one point the muzzle was threaded for a device, that has been capped, sight dovetails filled to use with an optic, the receiver was D&T’d and wears a one piece base. Gun is smooth and while used, it was cared for!
