Pretty nice 1979 vintage Marlin 1895 in 45/70 Govt. This gun has very nice metal condition, and the forend is clean too. Buttstock has been shortened, a pad added and has a small crack starting at the wrist, gun seems plenty good for the deerstand yet but wanted to be clear. The gun being a 1979 JM Marlin it has no silly cross-bolt saftey, also it features a lovely Bianchi Cobra Sling! Action is smooth, bore is bright and clean!
