The Pre-War Colt Woodsman is one of the finest 22 Pistols ever made.  Naturally being designed by John Browning they were relatively genius, simple, reliable, and beautiful in form.  When a delightful gun like that is then taken to the next level by a firm like Dean ‘DW’ King Gun Sights, it ratchets up the cool and the function to the next level.  DW Kings was the pre-emanant custom house for handgunners that wanted more from the 1930s-1950.  King’s Super Target conversions like this little 1936 Woodsman exhibit great craftsmanship, and smart modifications that make these guns so much more shootable.  The micrometer adjustable rear sight, interchangeable front blades with a small reflector set in the rib to help light up the front post.   This example is in great shape, and puts bullets right on that front sight at 50 yards.  Trigger on this one also reworked with an adjustment screw added, pull is a crisp 2.25#.  Grips are a custom made thumbrest affair in Walnut with a palmswell.  Comes as shown with one original mag!
