What an awesome package! Classic late 80s Comp-gun, built on a 1989 Springfield Armory 1911. This gun has a second complete topend! Both built identical, the 9mm topend it half an inch shorter however. The 9mm slide shortened that half an inch, custom made cone comps, Flat topped and serrated, Sleek Modified BoMar rear sights, Full length guide rods. Both slides fit the frame nicely. Frame has great work on it too, sharp front strap checkering, magwell checkered, with checkering overlapping onto the frame. Classic Wilson beavertail, nice trigger, Ambi saftey. This gun was clearly built by a Pro, but I have thusfar been unable to identify the builder. I test fired both topends and this gun is a blast to shoot! Condition is great with some finish wear, but the bluing presents very nice on this one!
