A truly master-class build on this Colt Govt Model by Colorado Pistolsmith Gary Kimball. Gary has now retired twice, but not before quietly building some of the best blasters out there. He was not perhaps nationally known but guns he built placed in the top 10 at multiple IPSC Nationals and at least one World Shoot. He is what many would consider a legacy gunmaker as his Father Keesey was a very well known rifle builder out of Texas. This pistol was a bit of a swan song for Gary, built in 2023, which from what I can find was the last year he worked before retiring for the second time. It is truly everything a guy could want, two tone PVD finish, Tightly built Colt with welded up frame rails, Kart NM barrel, top shelf parts thruout. Nicely checkered, beveled and blended all around. Comes as shown with build sheets from Gary and the finisher, and one mag, gun is super clean and low miles.
