Really nice AA reworked M1911, returned to service from WWII till Uncle Sam started selling off M1911’s as ‘unserviceable’. This gun is in great shape, rework included a Springfield barrel, Colt grips, late WWII hammer and a parkerized finish. The gun did not see much action after that rework, but if you want a real been there, 2 world wars Colt, here it is! This was one they sold off thru the DCM and via NRA Member Vouchers in the 50s and 60s, rare to see these with the original paperwork!
